  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Rocky Pups is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: You may return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be included

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at rocky.pups100@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if approved

  4. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Product Quality and Warranties

Product Quality: We strive to provide high-quality products and accurate descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Limited Warranty: Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from pets.
